1. Managed the change program inititatives for the past 7 years which entailed building change programs that resulted in business process improvments, consistency across the network, effeciency and financial improvment. Rolled them out to the network of 417 stores incl pharmacy with a national team of change agents and ensured ROI was acheived.
2. Manage the risk portfolio for stores & pharmacy, accountable for setting the risk strategy, delivering the shrinkage & wastage targets through the operational management teams and managing external interventions that combat risk. Compliance reporting and monitoring of high risk metrics to ensure improved financial performance and mitigation of risk.
3.Manage day to day business process improvement opportunities, planning and implementation of all business projects to stores, updating of standard operating procedures and all store communications for stores and pharmacy.
Provide overall support to the broader business with planning and implemenatation of strategic initiatives through working acorss multiple discplines (merchandise, DC, IT, finance, inventory etc) to ensure streamlined implementation across the business.

Subsequently went on to manage the implementation of this program and lead the teams that built a further 3 programs using the same methodology. Facilitated the entire change management process through the course of implemenation of all programs across the brand and ensured delivery to the determined ROI.
