Buhle is an entrepreneur, a sought-after speaker, author and managing director of Young and Able cc, a personal and business development consultancy. He coaches organisations and individuals to “Turn Passion Into Success” and “Own The Future,” and, in so doing, contributes to the development of the next generation of leaders. Apart from running his own business, he is also a strategic partner of Heartlines, a mass-media initiative promoting sound values, which aired on SABC in 2006-2007 and in 2009. He also served as National/Territorial Director of Youth Ministries in the Youth Department of The Salvation Army and was the Project Manager for Television Drama for Heartlines 8 Films in 2006.
Buhle is also an author of numerous books including Youth Devotional Books (Godly Generation 1 and 2), 'The Successful Young Entrepreneur', 'Young & Able' and his new book- 'Invest In Yourself and Win'.
